Service Description

Have a stay-cation to align with your wellness goals and values, while feel invigorated with energy! This weekend service takes place on one of the following weekends: March 18th-19th March 25th-26th April 15th-16th April 29th-30th May 20th-21st May 27th-28th Ashley will come to YOU in your home & provide the following services: Shop & Learn experience, guided plant-based meal prep , kitchen Cleanse, 1:1 training (optional), 1:1 yoga session (optional), sound healing & guided reflection. Retreat Part 1 (Saturday's Session) will be from 12 pm - 4:30 pm, approximately Retreat Part 2 (Sunday's Session) will be from 10 am - 4 pm, approximately *note: client pays for groceries needed for meal-prep

Cancellations must be 48 hours in advance for refund.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Reminder: there is a no show fee & a late cancellation fee that you will be billed for in these cases.
