Ashley is a registered and licensed dietitian with dual degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics and Psychology — and a deep passion for helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Her work centers on compassion, science-based nutrition, and the belief that nourishment should feel supportive, joyful, and intuitive.

Through her practice, Ashley helps clients move away from restriction, rebuild body trust, and find sustainable food freedom through every chapter of life — from disease prevention to pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

My goal is to help you rediscover all of those things while supporting your long-term health from the inside out.

My approach is rooted in lifestyle medicine, which means we look at the whole picture—what you eat, how you move, how you rest, and how you care for yourself day to day. Together, we’ll create meaningful, realistic changes that feel empowering and sustainable.

But nourishment goes beyond what’s on your plate. What we “consume” also includes our thoughts, our media, our relationships, and our environments. I take a holistic approach, helping you align all areas of life so that your energy, confidence, and health can thrive.

Ashley proudly partners with Plant Docs, a physician-led lifestyle medicine practice. She co-teaches the educational and cooking components of the Jumpstart program, helping participants translate medical nutrition guidance into practical, nourishing meals they can confidently prepare at home.

I’m passionate about helping people find balance and peace in their daily routines—especially through food that nourishes and satisfies.

Outside of my work as a dietitian, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family, in the kitchen creating wholesome meals, on my yoga mat, or outside soaking up nature. I love slow mornings, my skincare routine, and always striving to learn, grow, and evolve.

I know that lasting health changes happen when we slow down, listen to our bodies, and make choices that align with how we want to feel. That’s what I want for you, too.
