DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF RHODE ISLAND?
Yes! I am in-network with some Massachusetts health insurance plans (Blue Cross, Tufts & Mass General Brigham). Additionally, I accept private pay clients.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
Initial sessions are anywhere between 45 and 60 minutes. Follow ups typically last between 30 to 45 minutes.
WHAT IF I’M NOT READY FOR COUNSELING YET?
That’s completely okay! Readiness looks different for everyone. Even if you’re not ready to start counseling yet, exploring your relationship with food and your goals is a great first step. You can start by following along on my social media pages for tips, downloading one of my free resources, or joining my email list for education and inspiration. When you feel ready, I’ll be here to support you with personalized guidance at your own pace.
